What is the co-pay or out of pocket cost if I have health insurance?

Your co-pay (or other out-of-pocket costs) for services covered by insurance is determined solely by your insurance carrier. Please contact your insurance company before your first appointment to confirm your expected payment at the time of service. If you do not have health insurance, please refer to the Self-Pay Pricing section below.

Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fee services for those currently experiencing economic hardship?

In recognition of current economic and political unpredictability, I understand that patients may face sudden challenges, such as job loss or a lapse in health insurance.

If you require continued psychiatric services but have recently lost coverage, please reach out to our office to discuss flexible financial arrangements. Your mental health care is a priority, and we aim to maintain your access to treatment. Furthermore, when prescribing medication, every measure will be taken to prioritize generic, cost-effective alternatives.

What is the age range of clients you serve?

Please note that my practice is currently focused on providing specialized psychiatric care exclusively to adult patients (ages 18 and older). I do not provide services for children or high school students.

While my practice is limited to adults, I understand the importance of finding the right specialist for youth. Please feel free to reach out, and I can connect you with the contact information for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or a psychiatrist who focuses on pediatric and adolescent mental health care.

Where is Kleya Psychiatry located? Where will my visit take place?

I currently offer telehealth services exclusively to residents of Pennsylvania. I also offer in-person appointments by request at my office at BeWell in Blue Bell, located at 910 Lenmar Drive, Building B, Blue Bell, PA 19422. Instructions on how to access the building will be provided via e-mail prior to your appointment.

Most visits are conducted virtually, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home. To ensure your privacy and the effectiveness of our session, please attend your appointments from a quiet, private environment free of distractions.

What telehealth platform do you use?

I utilize secure platforms, Headway and SimplePractice, to deliver services, manage billing, and facilitate scheduling. For most patients using health insurance, your services will be connected through the Headway teletherapy platform. Headway is the preferred system for its ease of use in scheduling, communication, and streamlined billing.

SimplePractice is used when a broader range of services or specific payment methods are required. If your booking is handled outside of Headway, I will provide all necessary details before your first visit.

What integrative methods of healing or complementary therapies do you recommend?

At Kleya Psychiatry, I focus on maximizing wellness and engagement rather than the concept of "healing," which can sometimes imply a state of brokenness or a need to be fixed. I view complementary and integrative approaches as methods to support your inherent wholeness and elevate your enjoyment of life.

I am fully open to integrating a wide range of modalities into your personalized treatment plan, including meditation, breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, and hypnosis. I may also actively incorporate your spiritual or religious beliefs and consider your use of herbs, vitamins, and supplements.

I fully support your exploration of diverse paths to wellness! If you are seeking a modality I don't provide (like hypnotherapy, breathwork, or psychedelic integration groups), I am happy to share a curated list of trusted referrals and resources to guide you.

To help you explore these approaches, I have sourced an excellent, easy-to-read guide on common complementary therapies here.

I am committed to exploring the full spectrum of care, including advanced neuromodulation techniques such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), when appropriate.
