In your initial evaluation, we'll take a holistic approach, examining your biological history (like health and genetics), psychological history (including thoughts and emotions), and social history (such as relationships and environment). We will also discuss your current symptoms to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding before forming a diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
Recognizing the effectiveness of an integrative model, treatment recommendations may encompass medications, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, laboratory and genetic testing, and complementary therapies, including meditation, bibliotherapy, and supplements.

The brain operates on a complex system of chemical interactions that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Mental and emotional challenges can arise from both environmental factors and disruptions in this delicate neurochemical balance. When this balance is compromised, it can lead to atypical emotional and behavioral patterns that affect one's sense of self and their relationships with others. Medications can serve as a vital tool by helping to regulate this brain chemistry, which in turn stabilizes mood. By promoting a more stable emotional state, medication can enhance a patient's engagement in and benefit from other forms of therapy, paving the way for long-lasting recovery.
